Refund Policy

At GT Scrubs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our cleaning services and strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with the results. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, re-cleans, or service credits may be issued.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will:

  • Schedule a free re-clean of the specific area(s) in question within a reasonable time frame, or

  • Offer a service credit toward a future cleaning appointment if a re-clean is not possible.

Refunds are not automatically granted and will only be issued after GT Scrubs has had the opportunity to correct the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The service was canceled by GT Scrubs due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • The service was not performed as scheduled, and no reschedule was possible.

  • A billing error occurred (such as duplicate charges).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gtscrubs.com within 7 days of the service date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The client fails to provide access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day.

  • The client is dissatisfied but did not allow a re-clean opportunity.

  • Services were completed as described in the booking and met professional cleaning standards.

  • Gift cards, promotional discounts, or special offers are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full service amount.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. GT Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. GT Scrubs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
